Initial Consultation
We begin with a consultation to better understand your community, objectives, participant profile, and intended outcomes. This helps us recommend suitable programme formats, animal interactions, and engagement approaches.
Ideation & Programme Conceptualisation
Working closely with your team, we can either co-create the programme together or independently curate a suitable experience based on your needs. From programme concepts and interaction formats to facilitation approaches, engagement strategies, and risk considerations, each session is thoughtfully designed to suit your audience, environment, and intended outcomes.
Programme Planning & Preparation
Our team coordinates programme logistics, facilitation flow, animal-handler preparation, safety considerations, and participant needs to ensure the session is thoughtfully prepared.

1 How do you ensure the welfare of the animals incorporated into your sessions?
We ensure that our practices respect and prioritize the welfare of our animals. By incorporating animals in our therapeutic interventions, we strive to create a harmonious and compassionate environment that benefits both humans and animals alike, fostering a greater understanding and appreciation for all sentient living beings.

2 Can individuals with allergies to fur/dander or animal phobias still participate in the program?
Absolutely! If you have concerns relating to fur or dander allergies, sensitivities, or animal-related phobias, our team will be happy to discuss suitable accommodations and participation options where possible.
Prior to activities involving animal interaction, participants will be required to complete an indemnity and acknowledgement form, where any allergies or medical considerations can be declared so that our team may advise accordingly. While we hope every session is meaningful and engaging, the comfort, well-being, and safety of all participants will always remain our priority.
3 Is the programme suitable for workplaces that are not pet-friendly?
Yes, absolutely. We understand that not all workplaces may be pet-friendly. Depending on the programme and group size, sessions may also be conducted at suitable external venues to ensure participants can still enjoy a meaningful and comfortable experience. Our team will be glad to discuss possible options and work together to find a setup that best supports your organisation’s needs.

To book a animal-assisted session, we'll need some basic information to ensure a personalized and enjoyable experience. Please provide details such as the preferred date and time, the type of interaction you're interested in (e.g., therapy, educational session), and any specific preferences or requirements you may have. Additionally, we'll inquire about the overarching theme, the number of participants and their ages to tailor the session accordingly. You could also see our process under "How We Work".
2 Can I customize the program to suit specific needs or preferences?
Absolutely! We understand that each individual or group may have unique needs or preferences. Our animal-assisted programs are designed to be customizable to ensure a tailored experience for our participants. Whether you have specific therapeutic goals, educational objectives, or preferences regarding the types of animals involved, we'll work with you to create a program that aligns with your requirements as much as practically possible.
3 What if I need to cancel? Or urgent booking?
If you need to cancel:
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as early as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate changes where feasible, though this will depend on availability and any confirmed commitments already in place. Do note that cancellations less than 10 days from the session will incur a late cancellation fee.

For urgent booking requests, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to respond promptly. We will also advise on availability and the earliest possible slots we can support based on our existing schedule.
